This triple lemon flavor (lemon zest, lemon yogurt, and fresh lemon juice) make this lowfat frozen yogurt so refreshing. The crystallized ginger nicely compliments the citrus taste.

7/8 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 tablespoon crystallized ginger - minced
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 pinch salt
16 ounces fat-free sour cream
8 ounces lemon yogurt - lowfat
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, ginger, vanilla, lemon zest, salt, sour cream, yogurt, and lemon juice in a food processor. Process until smooth. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
