This slightly sweet dressing has become an all-purpose mainstay in our household. Its a simple and refreshing way to dress up a variety of greens.

4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
4 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme

In a small bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar and honey until incorporated. Whisk in olive oil, thyme, and salt and pepper (to taste). Set aside.
