This rich beverage is more appropriately categorized as a dessert. And as far as desserts go that peanut butter banana combo can't be beat (although you might try adding some chocolate syrup).

3/4 cup frozen yogurt
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 cup skim milk
1 banana

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
