This is great with pasta or in sandwiches. This is not the traditional pesto, which has far more oil.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon nonfat plain yogurt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese - grated
1 tablespoon pine nuts
3 cloves garlic
1 cup basil, fresh - firmly packed
Place first 7 ingredients (olive oil thru basil) in blender until almost smooth.
