Peach Ice Milk

A low fat, refreshing summer treat. Just use fresh peaches in season for the maximum flavor.

1 cup peaches - peeled and chopped
2 1/2 cups peaches - pureed
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 cups 1% low-fat milk
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup sugar substitute
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Sprinkle gelatin over milk in medium saucepan. Heat stirring, until gelatin dissolves; remove from heat. Add chopped peaches, puree, yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to gelatin mixture; mix well. Freeze in ice cream maker according the manufacturer's directions.
